A: Almost Immediately. When you finish submitting your payment our site will automatically send you the license code, unless an error occured while submitting the payment or writing a wrong Email.

Q: If I formatted my PC will my License Code still be valid?
A: Yes it will be still valid because the license code depends on your Email.

Q: If I lost my License Code what should I do?

Q: How many times I can use my License code?
A: You can activate any software six times after that you need to purchase a new license code.

Q: If I run the software and a message box appeared that my account is blocked,what it means?
A: It means either you reached the maximum activations or your license expired ( 1 year ).

Q: What if I am not receiving a confirmation Email when I am placing an order?
A: Probably you mis-typed your Email correctly, or you have an existing order which you didn't complete payment for.
